I have had the pleasure of using PKG to manage and rent my apartments in Krakow and when the time came, to sell the apartments.  Normally managing property from abroad can be difficult but PKG s professionalism made it so easy.  Rents were always paid on time and Renata Duralek who was my contact in PKG for rental was always so pleasant and helpful to deal with.

When I decided the sell the property in March 2009, Andrew Balfour handled the whole process and did so in such a professional and pleasant manner.  Having extensive knowledge of the property market in Poland, his expertise proved invaluable.  He ensured that the sale of the property went through smoothly and kept me updated at all times.

PKG was assisting me with finding new tenant for my apartment in Kraków. In this difficult market, PKG managed to find one in a relatively short period of time. Through the whole process, the  PKG’s agent (Mr. Dobromir) was demonstrating the highest level of professionalism – from the preparation of the announcement on the web site (high quality of photos, short and to the point descriptions of the apartment) through keeping me up to date with the status of the process (e.g. as to the level of interest among potential tenants) until the transfer of the apartment to the new tenant. I was really impressed by the way the whole process was carried and could not expect that it would go so smooth given the fact that I had to coordinate it from outside of Cracow. Additionally, I would like to stress the pleasant and friendly personality of PKG’s agent and his frankness through the whole process.

I had a comparison with the way other agencies work as my apartment was offered by two other agencies in Cracow. None of these could be even compared with PKG in terms of the level of services they offered and the treatment of the client. To summarize, it was really a pleasure to work with PKG and I am sure that after the rental is finished I will go straight to them for a new tenant. Sad but true - it is seldom these days to encounter perfect service excellence. I was looking for an apartment to rent in Cracow for a while and then finally discovered PKG. Not only did they know immediately what I was looking for (and personal taste is always difficult to describe), they also came up right away with a range of apartments for me to look at. They where always available for me and provided on site visits when it suited me best. Like this I was able to find a new place within a very short period of time. And the service did not stop there. As an example, PKG also helped me with information about what kind of provider to use for telephone and internet connection. So to cut a long story short - the service that I received from PKG was simply excellent and I can only highly recommend their services should you look for a place to rent or buy.

PKG provide a highly professional service.  They have conscientiously looked after various of my properties in Krakow; both for finding tenants and also managing the apartments.
