What's included in PKM management service?
Our property management service includes jobs from basic day to day correspondence with the tenant, collecting rent, handling administration, and looking after maintenance issues as well as a 24hr emergency helpline for the tenants.
PKM employs full time property management and maintenance staff (handymen) who deal with day to day maintenance issues. For more serious problems or jobs that require a contractor, PKM will manage the repair using its network of tried and tested local contractors.
In addition to tasks included within our regular service, PKM will also carry out additional one off jobs for a fee, such as cleaning and servicing of apartments and renovation work on a case by case basis. Serviced management (where cleaning and linen is provided as part of the management service) is also a possibility for a small premium.
How much does PKM real estate management cost?
The basic fee for property management is 10% + VAT of the monthly rent of the property. For properties which are empty a negotiable base fee will be charged between 150pln + VAT to 250 pln + VAT.
