Wislane Tarasy (Vistula Terraces)

Wislane Tarasy is a large new residential development under construction in the centre of Kraków, next to the Wisła (or Vistula) River and adjacent to the Jewish district of Kazimierz, as well as Rondo Grzegorzeckie and the areas of Zabłocie and Stare Podgórze.

A total of six new residential buildings will be constructed on the five hectare site by the developer Interbud. The first two buildings are due for completion in the final quarter of 2008.

Specifically, building 1, which will contain 46 apartments, is due for completion at the end of October 2008.

The larger building 2, which comprises over 200 apartments, is due for completion by the end of December 2008.

In the case of both Wislane Tarasy buildings, the developer will then have a period of approximately four months to organize the documentation and ensure that the buildings are legally habitable. During this time, the new owners of apartments will be signing final purchase contracts and be able to carry out internal finishing works so that the apartments will be ready to move into (or rent out) from about the end of the first quarter of 2009.

Vistula Terraces are being constructed by a large and well-known local developer – Interbud, and will be finished to a high standard with lifts, underground parking, 24 hour security and monitoring (a gated community), together with a fitness club and spa centre in building number 1.

PKG Real Estate has been involved in off-plan sales of this development. We can still assist with all aspects of purchase for the remaining apartments, together with resale apartments in buildings 1 & 2, and rentals and leases from the 1st quarter of 2009.
